1) Our satisfaction guarantee covers orders up to £100 including delivery and VAT. If you're placing a big order, we recommend you get a sample first. You can do this online really quickly - just order a single item with your design.
2) We might need your approval before we can process your order. So to avoid any hold ups, please give us the thumbs-up in the time-scales shown below to keep our on time guarantee valid. On time guarantee applies 24 hour and 4 day Express Service orders to mainland UK only.
